Noor Qureshi
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hi there! I am Noor, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), currently practicing under supervision as I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, GAD, OCD, and ADHD. I know that some days your brain feels like it’s running a full marathon with zero training… and other days it’s taking a nap in the middle of the track. My job is to help you make sense of it all — the racing thoughts, the spirals, the overthinking. Together, we’ll work on tools that fit your life, help you feel more grounded, and give you back a sense of control (or at least a sense of direction). Therapy doesn’t have to feel scary or stiff — we’ll take it one step at a time, with compassion, clarity, and maybe a laugh or two along the way. Thank you for considering me as your partner in this important journey.

My approach is grounded in compassion, aimed at fostering a safe and inclusive space for individuals to share and explore their challenges. I firmly believe in offering tailored strategies that empower individuals to navigate the complexities of everyday life.
